ADALET SEN (The Union of Justice) was established on December 21, 2009, through the committed initiative of Courthouse staff from various districts of Turkey. Its objective is to unite all employees of the Ministry of Justice, thereby enhancing their collective power, improving their social and personal rights, and fostering workplace harmony.

Niyaz Dülger's background: Born in 1983 in Konya, he completed his primary and secondary education in Konya. In 2002, he graduated from Konya Selçuk University Accounting Department and in 2005 he graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration.
In 2006, he started his civil service in Konya Courthouse. In 2009, he took part in the founding management of Adalet Sen. Until 2017, he served as the Vice President. Since then, he has been serving as the general chairman.
At the same time, he is the chairman of the board of trustees of the foundation by taking part in the founding board of Adalet Sen Foundation. In 2023, he took part in the founding management of the Public Union Confederation.
He became the Founding Secretary General of the Public Union Confederation. Dülger is married and has two children.
